Z Energy have been using Facilitease since early 2018, one of the key areas we wanted to turn around was job visibility and first time fix both of these have improved significantly and we now have over 900 sites on the portal covering more than 2500 jobs per month. The Unicloud Portal has significantly changed the way we work with our ease of job tracking , reliable data and reporting along with increasing our realtime support and visibility with remote sites. The Unicloud Portal has been a game changer for us in the way we operate our maintenance team, with our new additions of asset management, Quote Management , Project Management and Buidling Warrant of Fitness Management Unicloud will continue to reduce our overheads with a very happy team who have all the information they need across multiple helpdesks anytime they need it.
